Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are available only when an item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, it must first be returned to us for inspection.

Inspection: 2–3 working days after we receive the item.

If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, you will be eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

Refund processing: Once the inspection is completed and the defect is confirmed, the refund will be transferred within 4–7 working days.

If the item is inspected and no manufacturing defect is found, unfortunately, a refund will not be available.

Changes of size, change of mind, or personal preference are not eligible for refunds.
